  When you visit a bank, especially during the holiday season, and the manager and her staff helps you with your queries, is constantly by the door greeting customers and helping senior citizens while ensuring your work gets done, you know you've chosen the right bank. Please keep up the good work

  By far, the worst managed BofA branch I have ever used. The tellers are amazing and try as hard as they can to make the best of a bad situation, none of the issues are their fault. They are just doing their jobs. BUT...the management is by far not qualified to run a branch. If you only have 2 tellers on duty, how does it make sense to pull one off to "direct line traffic" and make ONE teller run both the drive up window and walk up traffic.Especially when there are maybe 5 people in line. Everyone was standing in line looking at the "traffic coordinating" teller and wondering why are you standing there and not in a teller station!?!?!?!?! Also, watching her try to explain to a 95 year old man why she had to stand there instead of working as a teller, was priceless...the man said.."..this is crazy!!! not very efficient!!!!..." I only plan my trips there when I have at least 45 minutes to waste...

  The manager Yuly is rude and unprofessional, claiming to go above and beyond to cash a check drawn from their own bank. Now I remember why I stopped banking here years ago.
